I was here before and let my journal go so I figured I ought to re-introduce myself.
I'm Christina. I was extremely fortunate to play Joan on Mad Men and wear incredible clothes and work with some of the finest people I know. If Mad Men doesn't seem far enough in the past for you, I recently attended Kiernan Shipka's 18th birthday party (Sally Draper is a grown ass woman, everyone!).
Since then I've been in a number of good, bad movies. The kind where people always tell you that they really like, but no one goes to see. Or where people say they really like them, but get buried in bad rotten tomatoes reviews... or else they're just the regular kind of bad.
My question to you is, what is your favorite bad movie and what do you love about it?
My favorite bad movie is A Life Less Ordinary. It has Ewan McGregor and Cameron Diaz. Ewan is a cleaner for an enormous faceless conglomerate. The owner of the company fires him and in retaliation, Ewan kidnaps Cameron Diaz, who is the company owner's spoiled daughter and hides her in a mountain cabin for ransom. Meanwhile, a couple of down on their luck angels played by Helen Hunt and Delroy Lindo are told by their boss (The angel Gabriel, obviously) that they have to make Ewan and Cameron fall in love. They decide the best way to do that is naturally to put their lives in danger and hilarity ensues. It's directed by Danny Boyle and had every chance to do well, but it happens to be ridiculous and weird and I highly suggest you watch it.
