Yes, Americans like to celebrate FOOD and dead birds and mushed up pumpkins... :) Have you ever tasted anything quite like stuffing before?

In the turkey or out of it? I've had stuffing cooked inside and it had chopped oyster or something like that and I wasn't a fan, but other kinds have been good. And baked stuffing with chestnuts and cranberries made in a pan was good. I know that's not exactly 'stuffing' but the arguments over it are fun!  Know what's weird though? In the past 5 years or so, now there's beginning to be Thanksgiving in Australia, too, on the third weekend of the month. Copied from American Thanksgiving. Because it's an excuse to eat, lol!

I don't really like it as much if it's out of the turkey. But I think it'd be good with chestnuts and cranberries! I think stuffing is really anything you throw dried up bread together with spices etc...so I think it qualifies. Australia just wants to party with food too?
